Other benefits can be found through the dominant material, cellular concrete, which is implemented in its industrial look is in long slabs of ± 6m in length, 30cm width and 60cm high.
Cellular concrete offers advantages such as being an excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, excellent humidity control and thanks to its cell structure, waterproof, inorganic, rot proof, immune to foam, frost and perfectly diffuse water vapor.

Thanks mainly to the qualities of the materials, "Newlofts" architectures display without any problem of insulation values overall (coefficient K) near K = 30 for a standard in 2010 in the Walloon Region of K = 45.
Depending on their volume, their guidance, their type of heating and processes bioclimatic implemented or not, our architectures can be classified as "low energy". But our architectures go beyond these aspects, significant energy savings, they have to be large, bright, unique and singular.
