Is there a catalog, any kind of documentation of your models ?

Our approach is essentially the one of an architect. The images are presented as a basis for considering any future plans. A coherent architecture project must take into account a lot of factors (site, soil and environment, urban planning, budget, ...). However, this approach does not mean that when conditions are optimal, one of our models can be used and so, fits your project.

How much costs a house "Newlofts" ?

As an indication, we can mention an average cost of 700 to 750€/sqm excluding VAT, per sqm of floor space, walls excluding, for what we call a "gros-œuvre fermé".

What do you mean by "gros-œuvre fermé" ?

What we call "gros-œuvre fermé" includes site preparation, earthworks, foundations, metallic frame, exterior walls in cellular concrete, roof panels (insulation, roofing and accessories), floors, the ironworks (stairs, railings, ramps, ...), drainage except connection to the sewer in roads, the replacement of the ground at the end of construction, the aluminum exterior joineries. Of course, all these posts are "supply and installation". All studies are also included : architecture mission, stability analysis, soil testing and coordination of the work area.

I want to work with my own workers, is this possible ?

Perfectly. We still insist on the importance of consistency of the project. Our buildings are some kind of business card. They shall in all circumstances be references. That's the reason why we consider the "gros-œuvre fermé" as a whole that must be coherent aesthetic level but also in terms of quality of implementation. And beyond that, it is our responsibility to manufacturer.

Where can we construct this kind of buildings ?

The construction principle allows to locate the buildings on any type of ground. From an urbanistic view, where some rules requires any cladding materials, we sometimes have to consider some alternatives that are not necessarily a constraint on the budget.

Can we come with an architect and/or plans ?

The most important is the state of mind of the architect. It is more necessary than he's at least convinced by the system and its many benefits. On the other hand, it is not necessary that the architect controls the system from a technical point of view, because we are at his side throughout the process of reflection and design.

Are Newlofts houses made of high quality ?

One of our advantages is based on the intrinsic qualities of primary materials, namely cellular concrete, both thermal and acoustic insulation, humidity control, rot proof, inorganic, waterproof, and which, used under its industrial shape, does not present any risks of faults during the pose. The infiltrations of water, the upward humidity and all the problems of this kind (usually met under traditional construction are impossible in this type of assembly.
